Each product and service on BuyBoard has been carefully and competitively bid and awarded based on Texas statutes, eliminating the need for your organization to go through the bidding process. Internet-based online purchasing cooperative

Internet-based technologies were used to create a single source for product and awarded contract information. BuyBoard's secured website allows members to make confident buying decisions and streamline the purchasing process.

The BuyBoard’s simple format allows point-and-click access to detailed product descriptions. With this information a HOLT CAT sales representative can prepare a qualified BuyBoard quote. When the machine purchase is fully approved, a purchase order is created and transmitted electronically to BuyBoard.

How the BuyBoard system works

All items and catalogs posted on BuyBoard have been competitively procured and awarded by the cooperative’s Board of Trustees based on Texas Statutes. This eliminates the need for members to go through the bidding process on their own.
