TriPower boosts productivity
Figures that speak for themselves: up to 50% added crowd force and rising thrust across the entire crowd distance, and up to 40% higher lift force plus automatically constant bucket control during horizontal crowd at any height and reach, as well as when lifting and lowering.
Electronic Board Control System
The board control system is a cost-saving diagnostic feature using state-of-the-art electronics to monitor and record important operating and servicing data, displaying the findings on the monitor. As soon as any variances are detected, the operator is alerted visually and audibly. Trouble-shooting is made much easier and downtimes are avoided.
Independent Oil Cooling
Hydraulic oil cooling is completely separate from the main circuits. Two independent thermostat-controlled circuits for the fan and cooler flow means maximum cooling effect, even during breaks. Combined with the patented dual-chamber hydraulic tank, this provides maximum cooling efficiency. The hydraulic system is always working at optimum operating temperature even under extreme conditions.
Electronic Control System PMS
O&K’s patented Pump Managing System PMS with electronic load limit control ensures almost zero-loss conversion of engine power into hydraulic output. PMS continuously evaluates actual engine and hydraulic system operating values against set values and will adjust pump output for ultimate performance. Consequently, available engine power is constantly utilized at the most desired level without overstressing the engine. Other valuable features: variable oil flow control, automatic engine idle, zero-flow and output control. Together with pressure cut-off on the main pumps, the result is unsurpassed hydraulic efficiency.

Intelligent End-of-Stroke Damping
Besides maximizing productivity, patented end-of-stroke damping keeps wear to an absolute minimum. Shock loads and vibrations are shielded from the machine and the operator. This is a feature that saves components, extends durability and makes life that much easier for the operator.
