RoadHog self-powered cold planers for backhoe, skid steer loaders and wheel loaders are ideal for full depth reclamation, mechanical and chemical base stabilization, milling asphalt or concrete, patches, full road repairs, shoulders, or cutting utility trenches. The milled material is recycled in place and can be used for base reconstruction or trench backfill.



The new series is completely self-contained with engine and hydraulic system eliminating any power requirements from the host vehicle. Road Hogs are powered by Caterpillar Tier 3-compliant diesel engines coupled to a planetary gear hub mounted in the drum. 


RoadHogs are available in 75, 140 and 200 horsepower versions with cutting widths of 30, 40, 60 and 72 inches and feature a wireless handheld remote controller that activates engine functions as well as hydraulic depth, tilt and sideshift control of the drum, providing greater safety.  Click on the video below to view the RoadHog in action.



The unit is attached to the loader in place of the bucket using the pin on style or quick coupler brackets, both are bolt on design, increasing visibility and safety while giving the operator better roading characteristics.
