1. Cat® Certified Rebuild
When you purchase a Cat machine, you receive twofold value. First, Cat machines are engineered for exceptional productivity, reliability and durability, resulting in a lifetime of low-cost operation. Second, a Cat machine's major structures and components are designed to maintain their fundamental integrity throughout a lifetime of service, allowing the machine to be rebuilt to like-new condition, economically, under the strict guidelines of the Cat Certified Rebuild (CCR) Program. Built-in durability affords a second life of hard work.

2. CAT Certified Power Train Rebuild
The Cat Certified Power Train Rebuild process starts with a complete power train inspection. Then, the power train is completely disassembled and rebuilt.
All critical engineering updates and improvements are included in the replacement or reconditioning of approximately 3,000 parts. Approximately 200 tests and inspections ensure the same high level of quality you expect from a new Caterpillar power train. The Caterpillar Certified Power Train Rebuild program covers the engine, transmission, radiator, torque converter, transfer gear box, universal joints and drive shafts, differentials, final drives, brakes, power train electrical switches, sensors and sending units plus all power train electronic control modules and software including a new engine wiring harness.

3. Undercarriage Service
SystemOne™ is an undercarriage system that offers reduced maintenance and increased life. Its patented design eliminates bushing turns and link scalloping. Welded pin ends prevent track joint end play or loosening which can lead to dry joints and accelerated wear. Link roller system delivers up to 50% more life than conventional designs. Reusable sprockets and center tread idlers last up to 2 undercarriage track lives saving you in both repair downtime and part replacement costs.
