Class Fee Schedule as of October 17, 2011:

Without Hotel - $330/day or $1650/week per person.

With Hotel: - $330/day or $1650/week per person, plus actual hotel room expense. This is usually $450 for the weekly hotel expense, or $90 per room night for a five-day course.  Note that class cost is not affected when duration is shortened due to fewer students.

Fee includes:

• Transportation to and from airport and hotel
• Transportation to and from hotel and HOLT CAT
• Five nights lodging
• Four/Five days of lunches, depending on course length
• Complimentary breakfast at hotel
• Course materials and handouts
• Free local phone calls

Fee Does Not Include:

• Airfare/travel to San Antonio or Irving, TX
• Dinners during the stay
• Long distance telephone charges
• Movie rental, laundry or room service
• Taxi fares
• Rental car
• Any other cost not listed in “Fee Includes"

Registration

Registration will be on a first come, first served basis. Confirmation notices will be sent out immediately after registrations are received and when hotel reservations are made. Cancellations must be made as soon as possible so we may fill that spot with another participant. All information on the registration form must be completed in order to properly register the participant in the class requested and make the appropriate hotel reservation.

Customer Cancellation Policy

In the event a student must cancel their class reservation, we kindly request a two week notice. If proper notice is not given within two weeks, the student will be assessed a no-show fee of $450 (one-time charge, not per day). If the class is cancelled due to low enrollments or instructor illness, no fees are assessed.

Where a special class is scheduled by HOLT ProTech and multiple students cancel, a $450 per person cancellation fee will be assessed.

In the event your employees cannot attend class, you always have the option to send another qualified person in place of the person who cannot attend. Please notify our Training Coordinator about this replacement as soon as you are aware of the change.

Hotels

HOLT ProTech! Training Centers reserve rooms at:

The hotel cost will be added to the weekly cost of the training (e.g. $1650 per week per person, plus $450 hotel expense for the week, for a total of $2100). However, each participant is responsible for resolving any additional expenses incurred at the hotel during their stay, including long distance telephone calls, food, room service charges, in-room movies, etc.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided to-and-from the airport. If needed, transportation from the hotel to the training center and back at the end of the training day is available. More detailed information and directions will be included with your confirmation letter when enrollment is made.

For those that choose to drive, we will provide directions to your hotel and to the training center you attend.
