Today, we want to introduce you to one of our exceptional employees, Nathan Lehman, local carnivore and barbecue connoisseur, who began his journey at HOLT in 2014. In addition to BBQ extraordinaire, he serves as a Product Support Major Account Representative and has continued to thrive in this role.
Nathan's expertise in his field is backed by a solid educational background. He attended WyoTech in Laramie, WY, where he received a degree in Diesel Technology, Metal Fabrication, and Business Management. This foundation of knowledge and skills has been instrumental in his success at HOLT.
Machine service is essential to keep our customers up and running on their job sites and he enjoys finding creative solutions for his customers. Nathan takes pride in his work and understands the sense of urgency. Nathan said he enjoys "supporting our customers and being in the trenches with the team.” This dedication and desire to succeed, as a team, is what makes him an exceptional employee. His success at HOLT CAT is reflected in the awards he received for account management in 2020 and 2022.
Nathan is known around HOLT as our go-to for some of the best barbecue you’ll have! He has helped to organize over 30 HOLT and customer appreciation cookouts. "Being told you're appreciated is one of the simplest, yet most incredible things you’ll hear!" His willingness to take time and appreciate those around you is a testament to the strong sense of gratitude Nathan has for his customers and colleagues.
