A well-educated, skilled community translates to a more competent, innovative and adaptable workforce. Well-educated communities are more likely to have greater economic stability, higher incomes, lower unemployment rates and consistent growth.

When business leaders invest in educational and workforce initiatives, we help create an environment where our residents can prosper.

A top priority in 2024 is investing in education at all levels: quality child care, early childhood education, CTE programs, community college or universities and upskilling existing employees.
