Davis added, "You aren’t just a number here. No one hides in their office or behind a title. If Peter and Corinna don’t know your name, well, it’s because you gave them the wrong name," he joked.
Davis still vividly remembers his first day on our team, stepping into the company with no prior experience in the industry. “I was just a kid, wandering around,” he recalled. “Craig Figures and Billy McGaha in the Packaging Shop said, ‘Bring him over here; we’ll teach him.’ That’s been my experience with most people in this company—how do we get better together, and how can I help you?” This culture of mentorship and collaboration has been a driving force behind his success.
“Without missing a beat, my manager said, ‘Let’s make a game plan, let’s go get your degree, let me show you this, have you started that?’” Davis shared. “If you don’t know it, there’s someone here who does, and I bet they’ll show you how.”
