Rick Elmore, HOLT’s Talent Outreach & Development Coordinator, proudly represented the HOLT Group at the “Industry Pathway Career Experience” in Denton, hosted by the Youth Workforce Development Foundation and the AED Foundation.

More than 300 students from 17 schools attended the event, which featured hands-on interaction with agricultural and construction equipment. Texas First Rentals made a strong impression with a transporter loaded with Cat equipment, expertly delivered by Brandon Wacker, Haul Truck Driver – Denton. Brandon went above and beyond by assisting in the exhibit setup, showcasing his commitment to both the event and his team.

Throughout the day, Texas First Rentals Branch Manager Tyler Schulz and Dax Fulbright guided students through a safe and engaging equipment challenge—using an excavator grapple to pick up and drop a pickleball into a target bucket. Their dedication, even under the Texas sun, helped make the event unforgettable.

Students who excelled in the challenge received prizes from Texas First Rentals. The event wrapped up with a group photo of Dubiski Career High School students, capturing a day full of learning and excitement.

Kudos to Brandon, Tyler, and Dax for making a lasting impact and proudly representing the HOLT values!
