As part of HOLT’s new Stronger Together Team Volunteer Program, employees recently spent a morning serving at Mission Road Ministries, a San Antonio nonprofit dedicated to helping children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live happy, fulfilling lives.
Volunteers from across HOLT Group rolled up their sleeves for a hands-on day of service—pressure washing exterior surfaces, cleaning interior and exterior windows, clearing overgrowth along the fence line, and collecting debris. Inside several of the residences, teams moved furniture into a storage container and deep-cleaned each room to create brighter, more comfortable spaces for the residents who call Mission Road home.
The effort reflects HOLT’s long-standing legacy of giving back to the communities where we live and work. Through the Stronger Together Team Volunteer Program, employees are encouraged to engage in meaningful volunteer activities that align with HOLT’s two service pillars—education and conservation—and demonstrate our shared commitment to serving others.
“Volunteering connects our values to real impact,” said Justine Carroll, Senior Manager of Community & Public Relations–HOLT Group San Antonio. “When our teams come together to help organizations such as Mission Road Ministries, we strengthen both our communities and our culture.”
