SAN ANTONIO [NOVEMBER 25, 2025] — HOLT CAT®, one of the nation’s largest Caterpillar® equipment dealers, celebrated the grand opening of its new store in Anna, Texas. With this addition, HOLT CAT has a total of 26 locations across Texas.
The Anna facility is part of a strategic expansion designed to enhance support for customers across the region. With 12 locations already serving North Texas, the company is well-positioned to meet the needs of one of the nation’s fastest-growing areas. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex ranks among the top five fastest-growing metros in the country.

The new Anna facility strengthens HOLT CAT’s ability to deliver exceptional service and comprehensive solutions throughout North Texas.

The HOLT CAT Anna, TX Team
Richard Frederick, Service Manager, Cristopher Miles, Parts Manager, and Dustin Norris, Regional Sales Manager will oversee the Anna location and a 30-person team of technicians, parts specialists, and customer service representatives, which will expand to nearly 80 team members as the store grows.
The Anna location has 79,000 square feet dedicated to sales, parts, and service, a 5,200-square-foot wash rack, a 1,600-square-foot yard house, and 3,600 square feet of training and office space on the second floor. The service shop features eight super bays, equivalent to 16 regular bays, and 16 bay doors to support increased service capacity.
The celebration took place at the new facility located at 451 East Outer Loop Road, Anna. HOLT leaders Peter J. Holt and Corinna Holt Richter were joined by customers, partners and local representatives at the event, including Anna Mayor Pete Cain.
