Peter J. Holt and Corinna Holt Richter will lead as CEO and President
SAN ANTONIO, Texas (Nov. 30, 2017) – HOLT CAT® (www.holtcat.com), the Caterpillar® Equipment and Engine dealer for South, Central, North and Northeast Texas, has announced today Peter J. Holt and Corinna Holt Richter will take over company operations. Effective Jan. 1, Holt will be named chief executive officer and general manager, and Richter will serve as president and chief administrative officer.
In this role, Holt will also retain his responsibility for all enterprise operating divisions, including HOLT CAT, HOLT AgriBusiness, Texas First Rentals, HOLT Truck Centers, HOLT Crane & Equipment and Sitech Tejas. Richter will continue to lead administrative divisions including human resources, safety, IT, facilities management, legal and marketing.
Since joining the company in 2011, Holt and Richter have had a major hand in guiding it through volatility in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries, and have been essential in the decision to keep the HOLT CAT headquarters in San Antonio.
