Meet Kari Bryan, Sales Operations Supervisor with HOLT CAT in San Antonio. She is a graduate of Texas State University and began her career with HOLT CAT in a dual role as a Sales Coordinator and Inventory Control Tech. Over the past nine years, Kari, her responsibilities, and her team have grown tremendously.

What is your team like?
My direct team consists of sales managers, sales representatives, coordinators & other Sales Operations Supervisors – all have a heart for customer service and a drive to continue the legacy of HOLT. With a range of experience between 2 days and 50 years, there are a lot of adventures and many still to come!
What is your favorite thing about your career?
Because I oversee a large territory, I can pop up at any store in the southern region and get to work. The flexibility to help wherever it is needed most, while maintaining productivity, has been a lot of fun.

If you could only play one radio station or genre of music while working, what would it be?
I don’t think I could. My playlist would vary from Texas Country to Stevie Ray, hit Z-ro and end with Patsy Cline!
What is the most unique part about working at HOLT CAT?
If you are willing to put your head down and work, the growth opportunity at HOLT is there. When I started my career in Bridgeport, I got to handle shipping/receiving, washing the machines, servicing the temporary wash rack, servicing some of the machines (grease gun queen), pulling the parts if needed and then set it up to go to the next customer. This let me be a part of different departments enough to understand how they work and I draw from that knowledge daily.
What are your hobbies?
Finding the best brisket in Texas (Terry Blacks in Austin reigns supreme), reading & enjoying a lazy weekend at home with my husband and dogs.
