Peter serves as the CEO & General Manager of HOLT Group, a values-based, family-owned company serving the industrial world.

Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, HOLT Group includes companies such as HOLT CAT®, Texas First Rentals®, and HOLT Truck Centers®.

Peter is also a Managing Partner of Ironspring, a network-driven venture capital firm based in Austin, Texas. Additionally, he is the Chairman and Managing Partner of the NBA's San Antonio Spurs.

Peter is the great, great grandson of Benjamin Holt, who introduced the first practical track type tractor in 1904, which he named the Caterpillar®. Peter and his sister Corinna Holt Richter represent the fifth generation of the Holt family business and are proud to carry the distinguished HOLT legacy of service and innovation into the 21st century.

Peter is passionate about community impact through his work in education, nature conservancy, and overcoming generational poverty. He resides in San Antonio with his wife, Lauren Kate, and their children: Hazel, Penny, Tippit, and Wells. Peter, along with his family, enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, hunting, and anything related to the game of basketball.

Corinna serves as President and Chief Administrative Officer of HOLT Group, a values-based, family-owned company serving the industrial world.

Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, HOLT Group includes companies such as HOLT CAT®, Texas First Rentals®, and HOLT Truck Centers®.

Corinna joined HOLT in 2011 and in 2016, she was named Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, before transitioning to her current role within the company. Corinna and her brother Peter Holt represent the fifth generation of the Holt family business and are proud to carry the distinguished Holt legacy of service and innovation into the 21st century.

She is an active leader in the San Antonio community, serving and supporting numerous charitable causes including Spurs Give, United Way and the McNay.

Corinna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She and her husband, J.B., have three children and live in San Antonio.

Larry Mills is responsible for leading the strategic planning, marketing, leadership development, and organizational development functions for HOLT Companies.

A 45-year HOLT veteran, Larry has served in numerous senior leadership positions throughout the company, playing a critical role in the company's exponential growth over the last three decades from one of the smallest Cat dealerships in the U.S. to the largest.

One of his most enduring accomplishments is the creation of HOLT Values-Based Leadership in 1988 with Dr. Ken Blanchard and its integration throughout the company. Rooted in the belief that a well-defined set of ethical values is the foundation for true success, VBL had a profound impact on the trajectory of the business and helped create a culture of caring and collaboration which continues to thrive.

The success of VBL led to Larry's founding of HOLT Development Services Inc. (HDSI) which has successfully exported the VBL concept to numerous other companies and organizations.

Larry serves on the board of directors for the San Antonio Spurs; Clarity Child Guidance Center; The Children's Hospital of San Antonio Foundation; Progeria Research Foundation; and St. Mary's University.

He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and Ethics Officers Association.

Larry and his wife, Linda, have two sons.

J.K. Baxter is responsible for leading HOLT CAT's Machine Engine Sales, HOLT CAT Heavy Rental, HOLT Crane & Equipment, HOLT Mining Solutions, SITECH Tejas and Holt Renewables.

J.K. joined HOLT CAT in 2002, leading its Financial Marketing Group — a customer-focused financial solutions provider — and subsequently served as General Manager of HOLT Crane & Equipment — a Link-Belt Crane distributor.

Prior to joining HOLT CAT, he held leadership positions in a variety of industries including banking, real estate finance, telecommunications, and technology development and distribution.

A native Texan, J.K. grew up in the farming and ranching community of Vernon, Texas and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

He is active in his local church; currently serves at American Heart Association (AHA), Child Advocates San Antonio (CASA); supports the United Way; and is a past volunteer with Slam Dunk for Life; North East San Antonio Co-Op; Mays Family YMCA; and the Promontory Pointe Swim Team.

J.K. and his wife, Jana, have a son and daughter.

Bert Fulgium is responsible for Aftermarket Services for HOLT CAT, overseeing Parts, Service, and Product Support Sales. He also leads HOLT Truck Centers to include Sales, Fixed Operations, and Lease Operations.

Bert began his career at HOLT CAT in 2002 as a Service Manager in the Power Systems Division and subsequently served as Northern Region Service Manager and GM Product Support. Before his current position, he served as Vice President of Product Support for Power Systems.

Earlier in his career, Bert worked in the oil and gas industry, where he held leadership roles in operations management and business development.

A native of Holdenville, Oklahoma, Bert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeTourneau University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce. He and his wife have two children.

Don oversees all aspects of Texas First Rentals, including rental operations, fleet management, sales, service, and HOLT Industrial Rentals.

He joined HOLT in January 2015 and has led the company's journey in developing a stand-alone rental services business, Texas First Rentals.

Before joining HOLT, Don held leadership roles in the equipment rental industry, serving as a General Manager, President, and owner of his own rental company.

Don grew up in Southeast Seattle and moved to Arizona in 1989 before relocating to Texas in January 2015.

He enjoys playing golf and fly fishing, as well as spending time with his wife, Susan.

Beki Hutchison is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Partners at HOLT Group, with responsibility for human resources, safety, and security. Her team focuses on safety, workplace wellness, and employee engagement, supporting HOLT Group's commitment to being an employer of choice across multiple industries.

Before joining HOLT, Beki served as Director of Human Resources for Engineering & Global Product Development within Northrop Grumman's Aerospace Systems Sector. Over her 20-year tenure, she held HR leadership roles across engineering, intelligence, shared services, and corporate functions, and led major organizational changes, including acquisitions, restructures, and relocations of key business units.

Beki holds a bachelor's degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and an MBA from Virginia Polytechnic University in Blacksburg, Virginia. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Edward Craner is Senior Vice President, Strategy, Marketing & Technology for HOLT Group, where he leads strategic planning, marketing, technology, and customer experience.

He is responsible for shaping strategic growth initiatives, strengthening the HOLT brand, and advancing the company's digital and technology capabilities. His organization focuses on delivering a unified customer experience by integrating marketing, communications, and digital platforms to support long-term business growth.

Edward joined HOLT Group in 2008 following a leadership career with AT&T, where he held senior roles in strategic planning, procurement, customer experience, and sales operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications from Eastern Washington University and an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California. Edward is a native of eastern Washington State and holds professional accreditations from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Institute of Supply Management (ISM).

He is active in his community as a board member for the Youth Orchestras of San Antonio, a multi-term commissioner for Upward Basketball, and a supporter of Texan by Nature. He also serves in his local church and is the author of two books, There's Nothing Gross About Profit and The Saints of God's Country.

Edward and his wife, Dianna, have two sons.

Michael Puryear is responsible for managing all legal affairs for Holt Companies, including risk management, insurance, property acquisitions, workers compensation, employment law and contracts.

Prior to joining HOLT in 2006, Michael owned MVP Operations, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in professional sports marketing and operations. He assisted clients with a range of issues including brand management, contract negotiation and land acquisition.

From 1996 to 2000, Michael served as President of Astrodome USA in Houston. In his role he was responsible for overseeing the "Eighth Wonder of the World" and its 262-acre complex, which was home to the Houston Astros major league baseball team and the World's largest livestock show.

Michael served simultaneously as the Astros' Senior Vice President of Operations, reporting to owner Drayton McLane, Jr., and in this role negotiated the sale of the Astrodome "Master Lease" back to Harris County prior to the Astros' move to their new downtown stadium.

He also played a key role in overseeing construction of the stadium and implementing operations at the facility. This included interviewing vendors and securing concession, cleaning, engineering and maintenance contracts; developing the traffic management plan; and overseeing the hiring of all professional and hourly staff.

From 1992 to 1996 Michael served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for McLane Company, Inc. in Temple, Texas, a $7 billion Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. subsidiary. Earlier in his career, Michael handled commercial litigation cases as an attorney in private practice in Lubbock, Texas, including First-Chair trial experience.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science with honors from the Douglas MacArthur Academy of Freedom at Howard Payne University in 1981, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1984. The San Antonio Business Journal presented Michael with their Outstanding Lawyer Award (General Counsel) in 2013. In 2018 San Antonio Scene recognized Michael in their Best Lawyers edition. Michael has also been recognized as an outstanding graduate by his alma mater, Howard Payne University.

Michael has been actively involved in the community throughout his career. Positions have included:

Michael and his wife Sandra have a daughter and a son.

Guy Clumpner is President of HOLT Development Services, Inc. (HDSI), a subsidiary of HOLT Group. With more than 40 years at HOLT, including over three decades in senior executive leadership roles, he has played a key role in developing and advancing HOLT's Values Based Leadership™ (VBL) model, established in 1988.

Since 1999, HDSI has helped organizations across North America apply HOLT's Values Based Leadership models, tools, and processes. Guy serves as a consultant, executive coach, and mentor across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

HDSI's clients include the San Antonio Spurs, Bank of San Antonio, Joeris Construction, Frost Bank, The San Antonio Area Foundation, Cato & Cato, Kiolbassa Provision Company, UTSA SBDC, and RVK Architects, among many others nationwide.

Guy has also served as an adjunct professor in executive MBA programs at Stetson University and St. Mary's University, teaching Values Based Leadership.

Since 2015, he has facilitated the San Antonio Area Foundation's HOLT Leadership Fellows Program, which has engaged more than 130 nonprofit leaders. He has served on numerous boards and civic organizations and has authored more than 40 leadership articles on LinkedIn.

He is a graduate of Ohio University's School of Journalism and lives in San Antonio with his wife, Julie, and their two sons.
