Peter J. Holt
CEO, General Manager

Peter serves as the CEO & General Manager of HOLT Group, a values-based, family-owned company serving the industrial world.

Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, HOLT Group includes companies such as HOLT CAT®, Texas First Rentals®, and HOLT Truck Centers®.

Peter is also a Managing Partner of Ironspring, a network-driven venture capital firm based in Austin, Texas. Additionally, he is the Chairman and Managing Partner of the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs.

Peter is the great, great grandson of Benjamin Holt, who introduced the first practical track type tractor in 1904, which he named the Caterpillar®. Peter and his sister Corinna Holt Richter represent the fifth generation of the Holt family business and are proud to carry the distinguished HOLT legacy of service and innovation into the 21st century.

Peter is passionate about community impact through his work in education, nature conservancy, and overcoming generational poverty. He resides in San Antonio with his wife, Lauren Kate, and their children: Hazel, Penny, Tippit, and Wells. Peter, along with his family, enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, hunting, and anything related to the game of basketball.

Corinna Holt Richter
President and Chief Administrative Officer, HOLT Group

Corinna serves as President and Chief Administrative Officer of HOLT Group, a values-based, family-owned company serving the industrial world.

Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, HOLT Group includes companies such as HOLT CAT®, Texas First Rentals®, and HOLT Truck Centers®.

Corinna joined HOLT in 2011 and in 2016, she was named Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, before transitioning to her current role within the company. Corinna and her brother Peter Holt represent the fifth generation of the Holt family business and are proud to carry the distinguished Holt legacy of service and innovation into the 21st century.

She is an active leader in the San Antonio community, serving and supporting numerous charitable causes including Spurs Give, United Way and the McNay.

Corinna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She and her husband, J.B., have three children and live in San Antonio.

Larry Mills
Executive Vice President

Larry Mills is responsible for leading the strategic planning, marketing, leadership development, and organizational development functions for HOLT Companies.

A 45-year HOLT veteran, Larry has served in numerous senior leadership positions throughout the company, playing a critical role in the company’s exponential growth over the last three decades from one of the smallest Cat dealerships in the U.S. to the largest.

One of his most enduring accomplishments is the creation of HOLT Values-Based Leadership in 1988 with Dr. Ken Blanchard and its integration throughout the company. Rooted in the belief that a well-defined set of ethical values is the foundation for true success, VBL had a profound impact on the trajectory of the business and helped create a culture of caring and collaboration which continues to thrive.

The success of VBL led to Larry’s founding of HOLT Development Services Inc. (HDSI) which has successfully exported the VBL concept to numerous other companies and organizations.

Larry serves on the board of directors for the San Antonio Spurs; Clarity Child Guidance Center; The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation; Progeria Research Foundation; and St. Mary’s University.

He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and Ethics Officers Association.

Larry and his wife, Linda, have two sons.

Brandon Acosta
Vice President - HOLT Truck Centers

Brandon leads our Holt Truck Centers organization. This team supports customers across 14 locations throughout Texas and Oklahoma, they have OEM partnerships with Caterpillar, International, Isuzu, Load King, XL and more.

Brandon joined Holt in 2015 as a Regional Service Manager for Machine Division after spending 10 years with our OEM partner, Caterpillar Inc. While with Caterpillar, Brandon had the opportunity to work in multiple U.S. based factories, across operational disciplines including Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operational Management, and Dealer Field Support. In 2016, Brandon moved to a new role leading our Enterprise Operations Support team, ensuring our employees and customers had access to dynamic solutions to maximize their equipment owning and operating experience.

Brandon graduated from Purdue University in 2005 and holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from the Knoy School of Technology. He lives in San Antonio and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

J.K. Baxter
Senior Vice President Sales

J.K. Baxter is responsible for leading HOLT CAT’s Machine Engine Sales, HOLT CAT Heavy Rental, HOLT Crane & Equipment, HOLT Mining Solutions, SITECH Tejas and Holt Renewables.

J.K. joined HOLT CAT in 2002, leading its Financial Marketing Group – a customer-focused financial solutions provider – and subsequently served as General Manager of HOLT Crane & Equipment – a Link-Belt Crane distributor.

Prior to joining HOLT CAT, he held leadership positions in a variety of industries including banking, real estate finance, telecommunications, and technology development and distribution.

A native Texan, J.K. grew up in the farming and ranching community of Vernon, Texas and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

He is active in his local church; currently serves at American Heart Association (AHA), Child Advocates San Antonio (CASA); supports the United Way; and is a past volunteer with Slam Dunk for Life; North East San Antonio Co-Op; Mays Family YMCA; and the Promontory Pointe Swim Team.

J.K. and his wife, Jana, have a son and daughter.

Guy Clumpner
President, Holt Development Services, Inc.

Guy Clumpner is President of Holt Development Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Holt CAT, the largest Caterpillar dealer in North America.

Guy’s tenure at Holt includes four decades of executive leadership in Human Resources, Safety, Training, Organizational & Leadership Development and Continuous Improvement.  Guy has been instrumental in the creation, integration and ongoing evolution of Holt’s unique "Values Based Leadership™” (VBL) model, which was launched in 1988.

Since 1999, HDSI has helped high performing organizations throughout North America integrate and leverage Holt’s values based models, tools and processes. Notable clients include the five time NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs, Bank of San Antonio, Sacramento Kings, Luck Companies, San Antonio Area Foundation, MultiChem, Kiolbassa Provision Company, UTSA Small Business Development Center, Foley CAT and others.

As a student and teacher of leadership, Guy finds fulfillment in consulting, teaching, executive coaching and mentoring in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Guy has taught in the St. Mary’s Executive MBA program and has facilitated leadership programs for the San Antonio Area Foundation since 2016.

Guy is a graduate of the Ohio University School of Journalism. He has served on numerous boards and civic organizations within the San Antonio community and currently serves on the boards of Child Advocates of San Antonio and InnerWill. He has also written over 40 leadership articles on Linked In.

Guy and his wife Julie have two sons and reside in San Antonio.

Edward Craner
Senior Vice President of Strategy and Marketing

Edward Craner is responsible for leading the strategic planning and marketing functions for HOLT CAT and its affiliates.

His organization is focused on cultivating new strategic market opportunities, growing demand for HOLT products and services, and creating a world-class experience for HOLT customers.

Marketing areas of responsibility include corporate communications and integrated marketing efforts across the HOLT operating territory. His organization drives the company's branding and identity, advertising, public relations, e-channel initiatives and field marketing programs to ensure strong connections with customers and all stakeholders. He also oversees internal communications and the company’s digital properties, as well as the customer experience practice.

Edward joined HOLT CAT in January 2008 as the Director of Strategic Marketing following a successful career at AT&T where he held senior management positions in strategic planning, procurement, customer experience and sales operations.

Edward played an integral role in creating a world-class customer experience discipline at AT&T as the company evolved from a regional Bell operating company into the largest telecom company in the world.

Edward earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications from Eastern Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California. He is a native of eastern Washington State.

He holds accreditations from the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and the Institute of Supply Management (ISM); is a volunteer instructor for Junior Achievement; has served three consecutive terms as a Commissioner for the Upward Basketball League; is active in his local church; and is a strong supporter of the United Way.

He is also the author of two books, “There’s Nothing Gross About Profit” and “The Saints of God’s Country.”

Edward and his wife, Dianna, have two sons.

Robert "Bert" Fulgium

Senior Vice President of Product Support

Robert (Bert) Fulgium leads the Parts and Service Operations for HOLT CAT’s heavy equipment business.

In this position, he is responsible for all HOLT CAT Product Support as well as the Truck Division.

Bert began his career at HOLT CAT in 2002 as a Service Manager in the Power Systems Division and subsequently served as Northern Region Service Manager and Product Support Manager. Prior to his current position, he served as Vice President of Product Support for Power Systems.

Earlier in his career, Bert served in the oil and gas industry, holding leadership positions in operations management and business development.

A native of Holdenville, OK, Bert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

He and his wife have two children.

Paul Hensley
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Paul Hensley is responsible for leading all financial operations for HOLT CAT and its affiliates, including the accounting, treasury, tax, internal controls and planning, budgeting and forecasting functions.

Paul joined HOLT CAT in 2000 and is part of the senior leadership team that has overseen dramatic sales growth and geographic expansion over the last two decades.

Prior to joining HOLT CAT, Paul served in accounting and finance positions in a variety of industries, including distribution, manufacturing, restaurants, pharmaceuticals and waste services.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Paul is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs; is a national director of Financial Executives International (FEI); and is also a member of the Construction Finance Managers Association (CFMA).

He is an executive board member of several charitable organizations including Junior Achievement of South Texas, Boys and Girls Clubs of San Antonio, and the St Mary’s University Greehey School of Business Advisory Council of Executives.

Sean Lothery
Vice President of Product Support Sales

Sean Lothery leads the product support sales team for Holt Cat.
In his position, he is responsible for the Product Support Sales Divisions serving the Construction, Mining, Oil and Gas, EP, Marine, and Industrial Engine markets.

Sean began his career at Holt Cat in 2004 as a Financial Marketing representative and subsequently moved into Prime Product Sales. Sean was promoted to Prime Product Regional Sales Manager and then transitioned to the Product Support side of the business as the Product Support General Sales Manager for Holt’s Machine Division.

Born into a military family, Sean attended 7 different schools through his 7th grade year and his family eventually settled in San Antonio, TX.  Sean graduated from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Marketing and Management.

Sean has a wife in city government and a daughter.

Donald "Don" Myrick
VP/GM-Texas First Rentals

Don oversees all aspects of Texas First Rentals including rental, fleet, sales and service.

Don joined Holt in January 2015 leading the company’s journey in the development of a stand-alone rental services company, Texas First Rentals.

Prior to Joining Holt, Don held leadership positions in the Rental Equipment industry as General Manager, President and owner of his own rental company.

Don grew up in Southeast Seattle, then in 1989 moved to Arizona before coming to Texas in January, 2015.

Don enjoys playing golf and fly fishing in addition to spending time with his wife Susan.

Michael Puryear
General Counsel

Michael Puryear is responsible for managing all legal affairs for Holt Companies, including risk management, insurance, property acquisitions, workers compensation, employment law and contracts.

Prior to joining HOLT in 2006, Michael owned MVP Operations, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in professional sports marketing and operations. He assisted clients with a range of issues including brand management, contract negotiation and land acquisition.

From 1996 to 2000, Michael served as President of Astrodome USA in Houston. In his role he was responsible for overseeing the “Eighth Wonder of the World” and its 262-acre complex, which was home to the Houston Astros major league baseball team and the World’s largest livestock show.

Michael served simultaneously as the Astros’ Senior Vice President of Operations, reporting to owner Drayton McLane, Jr., and in this role negotiated the sale of the Astrodome “Master Lease” back to Harris County prior to the Astros’ move to their new downtown stadium.

He also played a key role in overseeing construction of the stadium and implementing operations at the facility. This included interviewing vendors and securing concession, cleaning, engineering and maintenance contracts; developing the traffic management plan; and overseeing the hiring of all professional and hourly staff.

From 1992 to 1996 Michael served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for McLane Company, Inc. in Temple, Texas, a $7 billion Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. subsidiary. Earlier in his career, Michael handled commercial litigation cases as an attorney in private practice in Lubbock, Texas, including First-Chair trial experience.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science with honors from the Douglas MacArthur Academy of Freedom at Howard Payne University in 1981, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1984. The San Antonio Business Journal presented Michael with their Outstanding Lawyer Award (General Counsel) in 2013. In 2018 San Antonio Scene recognized Michael in their Best Lawyers edition. Michael has also been recognized as an outstanding graduate by his alma mater, Howard Payne University.

Michael has been actively involved in the community throughout his career. Positions have included:

Rebecca "Beki" Hutchison
Vice President - Human Resources

Rebecca “Beki” Hutchison is Senior Vice President, Human Resources at HOLT CAT, with responsibility for all aspects of human resources, safety and security. Her organizations are keenly focused on “safety first,” workplace wellness and employee engagement, making HOLT CAT the employer of choice across all multiple industries. Prior to joining HOLT CAT, Beki was the Director, Human Resources, for the Engineering & Global Product Development organization in Northrop Grumman Corporation’s Aerospace Systems Sector located in Manhattan Beach, California. Beki joined Northrop Grumman in 1995 and served in multiple human resources roles throughout her 20 year career there. Notable is her work in the intelligence divisions, enterprise shared services and corporate office, where she led major change efforts to acquire, restructure and relocate significant client teams.

Beki’s greatest strengths are her agility, leadership and commitment to values. She is passionate about her work and believes collaboration creates significant positive energy to drive sustainable business change.

Beki holds a bachelors degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and an MBA from the Virginia Polytechnic University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
