Remote Service Technology is paving the way for faster repairs. HOLT CAT can make diagnosis and repairs faster, no matter where you’re located.
Remote Troubleshoot enables diagnostic testing on connected machines—even during operation. Technicians can identify issues remotely and arrive prepared with the right parts and tools, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
Benefits
A Remote Troubleshoot session is initiated via a unique link on the Remote Services website.
The machine must be powered on and can remain in operation during the session, allowing the dealer to receive crucial real-time data.
A technician can then be dispatched with the necessary parts and tools to perform the repairs efficiently.
1Start troubleshooting session. 2 Real-time data sent to HOLT CAT. 3 Technician receives information. 4 Technician dispatched with correct parts & tools. 5 Repairs completed in timely & efficient manner.
Remote Flash enables the remote updating of your machine's onboard software without the need for a technician's presence.
Customers are notified when a new software update is available, allowing the update to be deployed directly on the jobsite.
This ensures that your machines are always running with the latest software, optimizing performance and efficiency.
When an eligible machine requires a software update, HOLT CAT will push the necessary files to the targeted machines.
An authorized user then confirms the asset is ready, initiates the flash, and verifies post-flash performance—all from a mobile device.
1Need for software update determined. 2 Update pushed to equipment. 3 User confirms readiness for update. 4 Flash update initiated & implemented.
