Sub-Harmonic Stress Relief
Welding causes some residual metal stress that can result in buckling, fatigue, stress corrosion or cracking. Various techniques can be used to reduce this stress and improve weld strength. A mechanical means of stress relief is through vibration. HOLT has invested in sub-harmonic stress relief tooling and offers this exclusive service which is not available from most fabrication operations.
Abrasion Resistant Material (A.R.M) can be applied to just about any cutting edge, tooth or bucket to extended ground engaging tool life, reduce downtime and equipment maintenance cost.
