Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on March 9, 2026 and ends on April 6, 2026. All entries must be received by April 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Central Time). How to Enter: Users of parts.cat.com can enter the giveaway by submitting a form. Form submissions valued at one entry. Subsequent entries dependent on participation of bi-weekly offers. Prize: The prize is a HOLT CAT® branded cooler filled with branded swag. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email within 30 days of the giveaway end date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow HOLT CAT® to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
