Class Fee Schedule

HOLT ProTech’s class fee schedule is listed below:

• CEP II: $2850
• EMCP 4.1/4.2:  2300
• EMCP 4.3/4.4: $3300
• Electronics Troubleshooting – 52647: $2750
• ATS NEW: $2500
• ECS 100 NEW:  $2300
   
• All other classes: $550/day and $2750/week

DPC Subscriptions: $350

Note the class cost is not affected when duration is shortened due to fewer students.

Fee includes:

• Course materials and handouts

Fee Does Not Include:

• Hotels
• Transportation to and from airport and hotel
• Transportation to and from hotel and HOLT CAT
• Breakfast
• Airfare/travel to San Antonio or Irving, TX
• Dinners during the stay
• Long distance telephone charges
• Movie rental, laundry or room service
• Taxi fares
• Rental car
• Any other cost not listed in “Fee Includes"

Registration

Registration will be on a first come, first served basis. Fees will be charged after registration forms are received. Confirmation notices will be sent out immediately after payment has been processed. Cancellations must be made as soon as possible so we may fill that spot with another participant. All information on the registration form must be completed in order to properly register the participant in the class requested.

To download the registration form, click on the appropriate link for the location requested. After the display window appears showing the form, print and fill out the necessary information and email the completed form.

Customer Cancellation Policy

In the event a student must cancel a class reservation, we kindly request a two-week notice. Refunds will be issued for a cancellation seven days before the start date. Additionally, refunds are unavailable for a no-show.

In the event your employees cannot attend class, you always have the option to send another qualified person in place of the person who cannot attend. Please notify our Training Support Specialist about this replacement as soon as you are aware of the change.

Transportation

Each participant is responsible for his or her transportation to and from the training facility.
