
GUIDELINES
- Each line item must have a quantitative value of $45.00 or more.
Example: A 9X7735 has a TEPS Net value of $6.31, there must be a quantity of 8 to qualify for a return.
- Parts sold in sealed packages (seal kits, gasket kits, etc.) are non-returnable if the seals are broken.
- Parts must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in a resaleable condition in order to be considered for credit.
- All parts will be credited at TEPS Net, less 5% stock order discount. (5T)
- To accurately process your return, we ask that a list of all parts be sent to Holt for review the week before return.
- Dates for RETURNS are listed to the right under "BI ANNUAL PARTS RETURN DATES". (All lists must be given to TEPS Coordinators before retuning parts.)

Guidelines / Restocking Fees
Parts that are customer resaleable (Like New) will be assessed an additional (5% restocking charge)
Assuming the returned parts are customer resaleable, the following additional charges will be added accordingly to the above charges:
