SAN ANTONIO, Texas (July 17, 2012) – HOLT CAT®, the Caterpillar® Equipment and Engine dealer for South, Central, North and North East Texas, has named Peter J. Holt to the position of Machine Division General Service Manager.
In his new position, Holt will be responsible for all service operations in the organizations heavy equipment division.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio where he earned membership in Delta Mu Delta International Business Administration Honor Society. He successfully completed an extensive Leadership Training Program at HOLT CAT and is a recent graduate of the Caterpillar Inc Marketing Training Program in Peoria, Illinois.
Holt is the son of HOLT CAT owner and CEO, Peter M. Holt and wife Julianna Hawn - Holt and a fifth generation descendant of Benjamin Holt, who developed the first successful track-type tractor in 1904.
