Roberts took delivery of the first Caterpillar Hydraulic Excavator to come out of the new Victoria, Texas plant and was recognized for his special purchase during the plants grand opening. The Victoria plant, once fully operational, will produce a line of excavators from 12 to 49 tons and will triple Caterpillars current production in North America.
The Pumpco machine, a 336EL, is currently working on a job in Kinney County, which is about an hour and a half southwest of San Antonio.
