In June, we launched the I am HOLT: Innovation Challenge in alignment with one of our nine themes, making innovation part of our DNA. The challenge, for all HOLT employees, generated hundreds of great ideas submitted and pitched from across the organization! Thank you to all those who participated in the Challenge and for the efforts of all employees who played a role in its success. Seeing the collaboration and energy across the organization was inspiring and motivating.

The winner of the I Am HOLT: Innovation Challenge is Stefanie Charles - Irving.
In alignment with providing a legendary customer experience and improving our operation excellence, Stefanie’s idea is a web/app based RPO payoff system for customers and sales reps which will reduce time requesting and receiving manual payoffs from the Financial Marketing team. This will decrease revenue loss and increase our rental conversion rate.

The winner of the I Am HOLT: Innovation Challenge HOLT Ventures Award is Jeremiah Ashford - Irving.
In alignment with delivering a legendary customer experience and leading in technology Jeremiah’s idea is the Holt on Demand App. Customers and employees can log in and have a designated technician at their fingertips. Within seconds of opening the app, a customer or employee can get a diagnosis of a problem without having a technician on site. Instead, a certified on-demand technician will answer most of your questions or concerns via video chat on the app and diagnose the problem in real time. This can reduce miscommunication as well as help HOLT better diagnose a problem rather than trying to manage it over the phone.
