Corinna Holt Richter, President and Chief Administrative Officer, was the St. Mary’s University’s Forum on Entrepreneurship Breakfast Series keynote speaker in February. The breakfast discussion, titled “A legacy of innovation, values and growth,” was held in the Pearl Stable at the Historic Pearl Brewery.
Corinna, with HOLT executives Guy Clumpner, President, HDSI and Paul Hensley, Senior Vice President-Finance, shared with the audience her and Peter’s story of assuming stewardship of the legendary HOLT CAT brand from their father and grandfather before him, providing a unique view into one of the largest family-owned businesses in San Antonio. She also revealed how she and Peter are leading an organization whose commitment to values-driven leadership is reflected in the smallest decisions, and how these values have stood the test of time.
