Empathy has been Corinna Holt Richter's guiding principle as she leads one of San Antonio's oldest businesses through the chaos caused by Covid-19.
Richter is president and chief administrative officer of HOLT CAT, which she runs alongside her brother, CEO Peter J. Holt. The pair, who succeeded their parents in 2018, are the fifth generation of Holts to be in charge of the nation's largest Caterpillar dealership chain.
Corinna Holt Richter became president and chief administrative officer of HOLT CAT in 2018.Because HOLT CAT is family owned, Richter's work and home lives have always been a bit blurred, but never like they have been over the past six months. She's used to balancing her personal life to guide her way leading a team of 2,700 employees through an unprecedented business climate.
