Tech Wars is a friendly competition that allows HOLT technicians to showcase their knowledge and expertise. Technicians from across the territory participate in an entrance exam to compete for recognition as the best-of-the-best within the HOLT organization. Competition categories include machine, electric power generation, industrial, and on-highway truck engine.
The 2020 event was paused because of the pandemic. We picked up where we left off with the HOLT CAT Tech Wars state finals on November 2-4 when the 2020 regional competition finalists from across the territory came to San Antonio to contend for the top spots at HOLT.
The competition was both challenging and rewarding, allowing each competitor to showcase his ability to troubleshoot and repair complex technical problems in their respective fields.

The top two technicians from each division will travel to Fargo, North Dakota for the Tech Wars Multi-Dealer Finals to compete against other dealer technicians May 16-20, 2022.
