2008 Gold Level Recognition
Caterpillar, Inc announced that HOLT CAT achieved Dealer Excellence Gold level status within the Dealer Excellence program for 2008. Only one other dealership out of 55 North American dealers attained Gold level status.
This prestigious recognition is achieved through a dealerships consistent performance excellence across a variety of business measurements.
Additionally, HOLT CAT Service and Parts departments were individually recognized with Gold Designations for consistently exceeding established performance, quality, safety and customer satisfaction goals in 2008.
2008 Power Excellence Award
HOLT Power Systems was one of only ten North American Cat Power Systems dealers to earn Platinum Level Power Excellence recognition from Caterpillar for 2008.
Platinum Level designation is only achieved by Caterpillar Power Systems dealers who's' performance is outstanding for at least three of the last four years. Because HOLT Power Systems was recognized as a Gold Level Performing dealer in all five industry segments - Petroleum, Electric Power, Industrial, Marine, and On-highway - in 2005 through 2008, they were also awarded Platinum Level recognition.
