Meet Electric Power Sales Representative, Adrian Hillmann! Adrian started his career as a Cat ThinkBig technician apprentice and graduated from Pittsburg State’s ThinkBig Program in Kansas! Adrian has been with HOLT CAT for two years. He enjoys having the opportunity to make an impact on customers and the industries we serve.

What do you enjoy/like/love about the atmosphere at HOLT?
The coworkers and company culture that sticks to its values. Always impressed with the commitment to trying new ideas and driving towards a positive customer experience.
How long have you been working at HOLT?
I’ll reach my 2 years with Holt this coming December.
Where did you attend HS/College/Technical school?at HOLT CAT?
I started as a Cat ThinkBig technician apprentice and ultimately graduated from Pittsburg State’s ThinkBig Program in Kansas.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
Fun fact is I am originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina – Spanish was my first language!
What is your favorite thing about your career?
Second to the people I get to meet and work with, I chose this career path because of the equipment – I’ve always found engines and machines interesting and pursued that passion.
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
5 years from now I’d bet I will still be selling equipment at Holt! I enjoy being able to make an impact on customers and industries we serve.
What is the most unique part about working here?
Holt invests a lot in their employees and in opportunities to learn and grow. Its one thing to offer training but Holt really fosters an environment where it is encouraged and embraced from the top down – I think that makes a big difference.
