As part of women in construction week and international women’s day, we’d like to introduce you to Lori Bunger! You might recognize her as the face of our used equipment videos on HoltUsed.com, HoltCat.com, and on our YouTube channel. She is our Vice President of Sales and Used Equipment and a true leader at HOLT. We are proud to have her as part of our team for the last 22 years.

Q: What is your favorite part about working for HOLT?
A: The abundance mindset – anything is possible with our values and our people.
Q: What has been your most unique find for one of your customers?
A: I found/bought a package of 793s, D11s, a 994 and a 6040 shovel and closed the deal on a Friday afternoon. It was such a high!
Q: Why is it important to have a diverse workforce?
A: When you have diversity at the table – men, women, different backgrounds, different styles, different positions, all looking at opportunities and solutions from their own unique perspectives – you will have better outcomes. And simply put, better outcomes are good for business.
Q: What would you say to any female considering HOLT as her place of employment?
A: Take your career development seriously. If you aren’t intentional about growing and getting better, it won’t happen on its own.
Q: What do you enjoy during your free time? Hobbies?
A: I enjoy running with my dog, Buddy, spending time with my people, and visiting the mountains any chance I get. I am also the ultimate garage “piddler” and have designed and made rolling carts, tables, shelves, etc. A miter saw and a kreg jig are my favorites toys.
