The Bunny & Bear Drive is underway and we need your help.
Now in its 14th year, the Bunny & Bear Drive is a community-wide effort to gather brand new stuffed bunnies and bears to be donated to Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth. Tarrant County resident Haley Whatley began the Bunny and Bear drive when she was just 5 years old. Over the years she and her "Bunny Ambassador" volunteers have collected more than 28,000 stuffed animals for sick children to hug and hold.
HOLT CAT is an enthusiastic supporter of this worthwhile cause. If you would like to donate, just bring a new stuffed toy to one of our North Texas locations in Irving, Fort Worth, Bridgeport, Lewisville and North Dallas by Thursday, April 3, 2014.
All gifts will be delivered to children at the hospital on Friday, April 4th.
A hospital can be a scary place for a kid. Please join us in brightening the faces and warming the hearts of sick children who need the special companionship only a fuzzy, fluffy friend can provide.
